The staff members were very good specifically Mr. Ramesh the front desk manager. I trust the service standards of this hotel is good because of this gentleman who is personally involving and solving the guest problem then and there. Any employer will love to have an excellent employee like him.

Location is great given the closeness to beach, shopping and train. The buffet was really good both the dinner as well as breakfast. Sai was very helpful in suggesting good stuff.
